image Made an appointment to see their notary at 3:30pm. Arrived at 3:30pm just to be told that the notary left at 3pm. They said they tried to call 3 times and sent me an email but I received no missed calls, voicemails or emails. Poor customer service.

image On Monday, March 25 at around 8am, I came to this UPS to ship one, 11 pound package 3 states over (standard ship). To ship it, it came to over $100. I was taken back by the price, but I needed to ship it, so it was fine. Clerk insisted that he enter the address (of which, I showed him on my phone) and rushed me to the pay screen. Ultimately, he entered the address wrong and my package was delivered to the wrong address and is currently lost. Last time Ill trust anything of value with UPS.

I approached the counter and said hey I'm here for a pick up and he asked pick up what..What do you think sir is what I wanted to say...Then I said a package and I understand asking for my ID but then you asked for the telephone as well but didn't do the same the gentleman behind me. Hummm I won't be going back to this one

Crystal,I am sorry for your negative experience in the store. We strive to give great customer service although, there are certainpolicies we must adhere to. When someone comes in for a “pickup”, it could reference a wide number of things from areturned package or access point delivery, to picking up shipping supplies, house account invoices, banners, postcards, orquite a wide array of different print products.If you are in the store for the first time, it is particularly important to verify what services are needed. This is in order to ensure weare not communicating unrelated suggestions based on assumptions. We offer quite a wide range of services and withoutasking, we have no way of knowing what each customer potentially needs.As for the ID, this is a storewide security policy in order to ensure the packages we are responsible for get to the right people.There are also certain packages that have an age restriction for pickup. We see quite a few customers every day, andmany are in several times a week. Depending on service options, this ID restriction can be waved if the customer is personallyknown.We would love to keep your business, although understand this may not be what you choose. Either way, we appologize foryour negative experience with our location. Please let us know if you have any further needs and would like to give us anothershot.

image This store blindsides you on shipping costs. I literally brought in a shipping label that was already paid for, yet I still end up with a cost that wasnt shared with me during the whole process?! I couldve just went home and reprinted the label instead of being charged at USPS to print the exact same label that was already paid for IF that information wouldve been shared with me beforehand!
Costs should obviously be shared ahead of time from the associate instead of getting over on a customer. Spoke with the manager with glasses who could care less and seemed completely uneducated on the store processes. You can always tell when employees are happy at their job vs. the ones who literally show up just to get a check and could care less about their job, the company and the customers who pays them.

Ashley,Thank you for your feedback. It is our goal to give our customers security through consistency and positive in-store experiences. I understand the suprise in printing cost and appologize this was not relayed to you earlier in the process.We have quite a large number of repeat customers and try not to give redundant information to the people whom we see often. Unfortunately, sometimes this is mistaken due to the high level of foot traffic through our store. I will speakwith the team and work on being more careful to notify customers of the label printing fee. This is in no way intended to get over on anyone, just provide a service to those who do not have the means to print these at home. Our main printing focus is actually geared toward small business solutions for things such as banners, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. We are a small franchise business, and work to follow pricing guidelines for consistency between UPS stores. Printing these labels does not facilitate a large revenue stream, but ismoreso a convenience for our customers who need it. Our employees are trained to be clear about any potential costs but, this of course does not excuse your in-store experience. Thank you for your response, we will use this as a learning experience. If you decide to give us another chance, I can offer a 15% discount on your future printing needs.
