Very friendly, and helpful staff. Thorough eye exam. Will definitely be going back next year. Only issue I was not pleased about is the fact that my insurance did not cover a contact lens fitting and I would have to pay out of pocket for some reason but I was not made aware

First time Customer went and got a prescription for eyeglasses. When I picked them up, they told me have a nice day. Next day I called because I was getting headaches and very blurry vision trying to read my phone which I work from eight explain to the person on the phone that my cheaters were a 275. They said that my prescription was different. They would set up an appointment for my eyes to be rechecked. I went in never saw the doctor instead. A very rude lady told me that I needed to wait two weeks to have my eyes. Adjust said I shouldve been told that when I picked them up which I was not even though I told her I need to be able to see when I work from my phone or a computer. insisted that my prescription had nothing to do with my cheaters and then I would just have to wear them consistently for two weeks. Very rude.

I had a rather disappointing experience. Initially the office made a mistake placing my order. After waiting 2 weeks for my ordered glasses and realizing the mistake (it was a technician's mistake), the correct order was placed (the technician initially ordered single vision instead of progressives). After waiting over 2 weeks for my corrected order, I called in to check on the status and found out that the office did not sent my order until almost a week after it was placed. I expressed my disappointment during the phone conversation to which I got a reply "This office will be what it is, we do not control what lab does, you can choose where you go". I replied that I was glad that this was shared with me and I will take this into the consideration when choosing an optometrist office for my future needs and when sharing my experience with friends and family. When I asked the the clerk what her name was, she told me that I was rude to her and hang up. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered the phone was Maggie, she said she was the office manager and she would sort it out who was the person I spoke to. I believe after making a mistake on an order and then delaying shipping a corrected order for almost a week, they should not say "our office will be what is is" and then hang up on you. I be filing a complaint with the head office.

The best experience I've had at any mye doctor. Everyone is very nice, professional, and patient. I have a my eye doctor that's about ten minutes from my house but I will drive thirty minutes to see Dr Suggs and the staff here. Thank you so much
