My husband and I purchased a home 2 months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the assistance we received from Melissa Brown. She was very attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what we wanted and that’s exactly what we got. Melissa answered all of our questions, and was very good about returning all of our calls. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process which made it a breeze. The closing went through without a hitch and we are now loving and enjoying our new home right in time for the holidays.

Their realtor Bill Guteres is unprofessional and doesn't bother to return phone calls. He has several rentals listed, which clearly are not occupied. Certain the neighbors are unhappy about the unkempt landscaping. Our realtor called and left messages several times inquiring about the properties. After several days, he finally responded in a very short, curt manor. We are homeowners looking for a rental home while we build our new home. Will never recommend Helen Adams Realty if this is the unkind rude realtors they have on their team.
