Having waited on their telephone line, I can you tell you that the pharmacy averages only one call every 56 minutes. This store should be shut down and the manager sent to Walgreen's new store in Guatemala City.

The Pharmacy is terrible. You call to check up on your stuff and they hang up. I called that place 4 times and they did nothing but force me to wait and then they disconnected. This place is not worth the trouble. I wish I could give them 1 star. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

This store is clearly understaffed. Wait times are long, and it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. There is a major lack of communication between the pharmacy and patients. The positive is that when you're able to talk with a tech in person, they're kind and helpful.

The people in the pharmacy are constantly harassed and berated by people picking up prescriptions, but you can obviously tell theyre short staffed. Not their fault. Ive been coming here for years now with no issues.
