The clerk who answered the phone was nice and knowledgeable and knew the store's inventory well. However, the clerks at the store were rude and unhelpful. They claimed that there were no wide men's dress shoes at the store, which contradicted both what the clerk on the phone told me and what I ended up finding (several pairs in the wide size). The clerks at the store did nothing to help me find what I needed. My selection turned out to be fine but not ideal.
Also, I think that Rack Room/Off-Broadway's policy of only accepting returns on unworn shoes is garbage. How can you know whether or not you like a pair shoes if you haven't worn them first?

Manager and her associate followed me around the store and even in the bathroom and every time I sat down to try a pair of shoes on the manager had her associate to circle me and ask me multiple times within a few minutes if I need help all while she leaned over my chair. This is harassment.  I'm not sure if the manager had issues with me from her own personal perspective or what her problem was.  This is inappropriate and unacceptable.  I feel this is harassment. A manager should know better.  Pitiful excuse for a manager.

They have a great selection of shoes at reasonable prices. From dress shoes to work boots. We found a number of things that we liked and they were good prices. Also when we were there they had buy one get one. So the deals were even better.
