      image Roaches come out of the drains EVERY night (kitchen, tub and bathroom sinks). Cracks in the walls. Thin walls and floors so you can hear all of your neighbors. If I vacuum or cook the downstairs neighbor bangs on the walls like a maniac. The complex and newer units look great, but its still thin walls and caked up layers of paint covering whats underneath.
