Horrible service. Rude staff. Totally ignore you if you dare to just walk in to look at products. When I walked in, the woman at the front desk looked at me, said nothing, and went back to her computer like I was invisible. I was ready to spend a good bit on a renovation and still will - just not with Ferguson. If I could give zero stars I would.

Walked the whole showroom and not a single sales rep acknowledged us. And we were going to spend ALOT of money there. You lost our business!!

Had what I needed when the big box stores didn't have a clue what I was looking for .. only one little problem needed 8 and they only had 2.. but that's a lot better than zero ..
