My husband went to take our company van there to get tires, align and all the other things that go along with it. Fast forward a “few” months , tires on inside were basically down to the thread so dangerous to drive. He took the van back in which one guy advised him “seems like we over saw something before that should’ve been done before placing the tires which caused that problem.” Then proceeded to tell my husband to come back the following day when manager was as he wasn’t there because it was a Sunday. My husband returns l, speaks to mgr, in which he proceeds to tell him that this happens to these vans everytime and charges my husband and extra $300? So basically taking us as dumb a$$es that we r THAT stupid to blv it. So a cargo van has be taken to the their shop every 3 months ? RIP OFF!!!

Made an appt. For oil change. Arrived there and the afro american gentlemen told me he couldnt put the weight of oil i had been using in my car since I bought the car in 2015 said that it wouldnt allow him to do so. Most places have you sign a waiver stating that its not recommened by the manufacturer and that i agree to the other oil being used. This company didnt even try to accomodate me and I had to go elsewhere. I appreciate the manufacturers recommendations but if i request something different then I am taking the responsibilty if anything happens. This oil has done well for me and I wanted to continue using it. I will not visit this place again. This has caused me inconvenience and has started my day off bad. Custoner service needs improvement as well as to handle situations like this. Not pleased at all

One of the worst communication I’ve experienced
I arrived to get a tire replaced and was told by Greg that they’d need to order the tire and that I’d be able to come at 2:30 the next day to get the tire replaced when it arrived.
I arrive the next day and wait 30 minutes to be helped. Greg has me sign paper work and tells me it’ll be an hour and a half, which was odd because it was just a matter of putting a new tire on. But I figured that people were in front of me in the cue. I wait and am eventually told that they didn’t even have the tire on hand, which Greg could have disclosed at various points in our communication but chose not to.
I left and went to Sams Club, where they replaced the tire in about ten minutes.
Would not recommend going here for tire services unless you have extremely low standards for upfront communication.
