I love this store! Been coming for 8 years. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff. Selection is fantastic. They really keep uo with the changing wants and needs of customers

The guy at the counter was very rude with the pony tail. Lacked Customer service and became very rude when I asked him a question. He claimed he was upset because no one responded to him when we came in the store which we did. If Im looking for a product not too much looking to make a friendship in the store and carry conversation. Looking to buy a product. He became very irate and then said he was refusing to serve us. I said how are you refusing to serve us just because we didnt say hey how are you are you having a great day. I guess because we were African American it was easier to deflect and want us out of the store. What a very poor experience. My word of mouth about this store will travel. Poor poor service and not a good example for someone who is visiting out of state. I guess your business supports racism. Todays date March 23rd 2024 time 7:30pm. Who ever the jock is thats working in the store is horrible. Wont ever support your business again
