Despicable! Service was slow & waiter acted deaf & incoherent. We were reminding him of our orders & he offered no apologies for his shortcomings. Manager came out to apologize but that still didn't send us home with full bellies! Tighten up Bar Louie!

I absolutely love this location! Great crowd and amazing food. The service was impeccable, my server Jeremy did an amazing job making sure our drinks were never low and bring our food out in a timely manner. Next time I go back I’m going to ask for him. He was very personable and helped us choose great options off the menu. Thanks Jeremy and Bar Louie for and amazing experience.

My first at this establishment. And it was by far one of the worst experience ever. The waitress that they claimed was new was horrible. Never introduced herself, wasn't polite,wasn't engaging. Couldn't comprehend basic orders. Brought food with no silverware or napkins. Took 15 minutes minimum to being those out. First and last time. EVER

Went on a Thursday evening arriving at 6:15. Very few patrons. Seated ourselves, 15 min later 6:30, waitress came to take drink order, 6:45, still no drinks, left. Will not return if it takes over 30 min to get drinks. Planned on dinner there as well.
