Would give 0 stars if that were an option. The owner Karen Mangeney is very unprofessional. My mom didn’t put insurance on a stylebox (since Karen has never stated it is required) and was charged for the damages after the post office left the box in the rain. The owner requested the tracking information, which was sent to her in a timely manner, so that her roomate could bring the box inside when it arrived. It is unfathomable that my mom is expected to pay $500 in charges of clothes and accessories that she did not keep. The owner also threatened to “ have no choice but to pursue it a little further” while not claiming any responsibility for the damages what so ever. Do NOT do business with this lady unless you want to get scammed.
