We liked Aldersgate for our father, but sadly he passed away fairly shortly after moving in. However, they have completely abandoned my family now that he has passed. They owe my father's estate hundreds of thousands of dollars, but they refuse to contact us back about the money.
Is it a situation of fraud??
This is horrible. We lost our father, and these people have abandoned us and will not respond to the dozens of emails we have sent.
We finally have gotten our lawyers involved, but this is extremely shady.
Be careful, those of you who trust your loved ones to their care.
