The receptionist at the front on Sun. April 7th @3:15pm was very rude I was trying to explain why I was there waiting on my customer to pick up his food. She would not stop to listen very rude and over talkative. Once asked for her name to turn her into management she then proceeded to argue, yell at me and talk about the fact I have a new car and have a 30 day tag. My customer had to walk awhile before getting his food. This receptionist was very unprofessional and unpleasant. She should not be the the welcoming face for the business. Very Bad Customer Service and no professionalism.

This is apparently a very exclusive establishment. Expect no one to answer the phone ever. I have called upwards of 30 times and sat on hold for 10 minutes never getting to speak to anyone. Are y'all good over there??

So whoever the lady who works the concierge service is absolutely unprofessional. I went to see a friend and the lady absolutely made me feel like she has a problem with African American men and she's the same complexion. I know the majority of your residents are white but you don't just appease them. I asked her one question and got the nastiest attitude. Then a white guy comes off the elevator and she goes out her way to speak and he says nothing lol. Point is you treat everyone with respect I would never advise any people of color to rent from here. And she works Thursday second shift she wears glasses.

My move into Camden Grandview Apartments was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the incredible staff at the front desk who were not only nice but extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Whitney, in particular, stood out for her responsiveness and eagerness to assist; she has truly been the best support I could ask for during this transition. The concierge service was a wonderful addition, assisting me with my move-in process and even taking the time to show me around the mail room. As for the apartment itself, it exceeded my expectations - it's very spacious and looks even better in person. The complex's use of apps to navigate and access various amenities has proven to be very helpful, enhancing my overall living experience. Since moving in, my experience has been nothing but positive, making Camden Grandview Apartments a fantastic place to call home.
