Our neighborhood has cameras and bright paths to help keep people safe. We have security all the time and events to learn about safety. Arwen Vista is a safe place to live.

Arwen Vista is perfect for our family. The apartments are big with modern appliances that makes it feel like home. Having a washer and dryer in our place is super handy, and our dogs love the extra space to run around.

This is terrible, I finished my contract with these apartments and to this day they continue to charge me every time I call and go to the office, they tell me the same thing, the manager has a lot of work and they don't solve it yet, I don't know when they are going to remove me from the system. I do not live there . The manager does not attend to or solve the problems, they just say that they have a lot of work. All the employees do is give excuses without any solution, what they do is take notes on things that I don't know if they will reach their destination.

Have lived in this community (Arwen Vista) for 3 months. Arwen Vista is a diverse community and is safe and quiet. The management, office and maintenance staff are friendly, respectful, and responsive to residents needs in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are well kept and maintained.
