I have met people who work at Edgewood Summit and I have been very impressed. My business brings me into contact with people from all walks of life, but those people are generally a special breed. Ive witnessed some amazing acts of kindness. One was by a staff member who had just went off duty and forgot that the kitchen phones were still forwarded to his cell phone. He was not on duty and not on site, but he still stopped what he was doing and helped the resident with amazing care and compassion. (He stuck with the issue until it was fully resolved.) They deliver meals to the residents apartments and apparently the rolls or bread for this specific order was wrong. He resolved the problem, just like the patient was a customer in a high end restaurant. I got to ask him some questions after that. The way they handle sensitive subjects specifically to accommodate the elderly was impressive. Its hard to explain, I just knew, if my family ever needed assisted living, thats where I would want to be. I would love to live there myself actually, and Im in pretty good health.

Former employee at Edgewood summit I very much liked working at ridgemount/Edgewood summit. With saying that, due to circumstances beyond my control was forced to leave and or terminate my employment. I attempted to contact serveal attorneys in Charleston WV area in regards to filing suit against Edgewood summit. Although I am personally unaware of any legal actions filed or settled against Edgewood summit. I feel/think someone/persons fraudulently persuded case , illegally representing me without my permission. I don't think Edgewood summit is aware of this sthis and hopeful this information written,by me will reach all concerned about this very serious matter. Please note, the same criminals involved, have control of all communications to me including phones,mail ect . My address is 3703 1/2 Washington st. SW South Charleston,WV.
