Multiple times I've had KFC with not only cold food, but chicken that is hard and does not look normal. Nothing like getting food poisoning from poultry. Zero stars

Every single time I come to this KFC there is one problem or another this time we order our food and waited 30 mins just for us to ask them where our food was. They had no clue. When we got here there was not one person and 3 mobile order and 5-6 drive thru happen and I got up to ask where is our. They They started our and got our 40 mins after placing our order. Just ridiculous and yall can do so much better for the price you make us pay.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!
This place is Horrible I got the $20.00 meal and asked for french fries to be added Didn't get them.. the biscuits were super hard the chicken was old and stale the only good thing was the sides. I ate at this restaurant because I was already in Charleston and the Mattoon one was closed down. The Mattoon store was Very Good.. Please Open Back Up..
