I signed up for trash service in May and asked them to pause my trash service for the month of July as I would be out of the country. They said since I was gone the whole month that would be fine and that they'd note it on my account. However, I was still charged for July, and when I called to tell them they said it wasn't noted on my account and they wouldn't do anything to fix the situation.
