The My Hearing Center - Chardon Team went out of their way to schedule me around my busy schedule. The receptionist/secretary was very helpful/informative and took the time to answer my questions.
The ear technician/ Alex is always knowledgeable, informative, friendly and tries to be helpful as possible.
