A friend of mine was building a house with this builder and it was the worst experience ever. They were very disorganized and didn’t have very good business tendencies. They didn’t respond to the emails or requests in a timely manner and over promised and under delivered on nearly everything. They would not recommend this builder to anyone.

I felt welcome the minute I walked in. They showed me a beautiful model and I actually went with one of the other models. I can’t wait to have my dream home built. Such affordable prices too. 💯 recommended

We’ve been known Judi for almost 10 years. They will go above and beyond with what they do. Judi and Jon they helped me and my late husband walk though the process. Unfortunately , my husband died last year and I thought that’s it , I can no longer do this alone , but no they didn’t stop helping me and given me encouragement so I kept going . I am a first time home buyer , so I needed a lot of advices and help. I am forever thankful of what you do Judi and Jon , you’ve been in this business for decades now . You treat us like family not just business. I am so glad my late husband Jose A. managed to leave a review before he died last year . Thank you Gardner Luxury Homes for helping us achieved our dream home and I know Joe will be smiling up there in heaven knowing he never left us hanging.
