Great service from start to finish. We were nervous since we never had a new car that had been in an accident. Adam kept us informed of the progress and dealt with our insurance. Rich did great body work for us and Alan did a phenomenal paint job. I feel like we were very fortunate and now my husband has his car back and it still looks and drives like it's new. Took longer than estimated initially but the result was a good job. They did not do an excellent job of keeping me informed of progress.

About 2 years ago my daughter got in a collision and we sent her car here to be repaired. All repairs were completed and you cant even tell that the car was damaged. Everything was OK until recently when she informed me that she was picking up some friends and they noticed that the rear middle seat belt was missing. As a parent a did my due diligence and made sure that the seat belt wasnt stuck behind the seats. There were only two options at this point either the manufacturer forgot to install a very important piece of safety equipment or this place. I know it had been 2 years but I gave them a call. As you can imagine they said the same thing. I am not giving them a 1 star for customer service but for forgetting to reinstall a very important piece of equipment.
