Not long ago, we were individually owned mom-and-pop car washes. We believe everyone should feel like a million bucks, but we couldn’t do it alone. So we joined forces and created the Raceway Car Wash Company, so we could give more people the luxurious feeling of a clean car while providing outstanding career opportunities for our employees. image The drive thru wash is good. I got my carpets shampooing done here and they left my carpets WAY too wet afterwards. I'm talking soaked puddles in my truck. Guy says to me "leave the window open".

image I just want to give a huge thank you to Chris , he works in full service & whenever I go hes always sooo welcoming and make sure he gets everything thats needed. He even goes above and beyond on his job. I went & got a cheaper membership because I was paying the $40 a month that includes a full service but most of the people that work there dont really care how they clean your car but Chris he makes sure he get the job done. I appreciate him for always making sure I walk away happy and satisfied with his work

image I came in to get my car washed here and the manager, Jose was not at all professional, courteous or friendly. My mother in law pays over $60 pr month for her membership and has me as an additional vehicle. The company had recently sent out new stickers for our membership that go in the window and I just hadn't gotten mine from her yet but didn't realize that it was going to make my current sticker invalid. So, I'm there in the membership line, with a line of ppl behind me and Jose gave me such a hard time and was not going to let me wash so I asked him for a mangers number or whoever is above him. He flat out told me that he would not provide that and then I got my mother in law up there and he proceeds to tell her "she's taking it out on me" bc I asked him for the number. Meanwhile, cars are going thru the other side and lining up behind me. He could clearly see that we had a membership so I don't understand why he couldn't just validate it? After speaking with my mother in law he says "OK I'll let u thru ". Ask of this could've been avoided with a little research or kind customer service, which they extremely lack there. And I've asked them many times why the ppl that finish the wash and put the smell good stuff in ur car, never let me go there to get that service (I'm a good tipper). Why would they take away that service when we pay extra for the wash and in the paperwork it says that they're supposed to validate and detail ur car inside 1x pr month?? They NEVER let me stop there. Right before I left this guy Chris asked me if there was a problem. He was very kind and understanding explaining to me that I should get that service 1x pr month and that Jose is the manager. I don't have time to go see the district manager that comes in daily bc my only days off are sun and mon but I wish I did. Why would he have Jose, who was childish, unprofessional and flat out lied to my mother in law as a manager? Doesn't customer service matter to these ppl??
