Run from doing business with this company. Customer Service is horrible. Try to ask them a question and they act like you should know the answer. Find a different dealer to work with.

Jeff was awesome and very knowledgeable in helping us pick out spa. He was in constant contact about the arrival of my spa. The install team was quick, efficient, and walked me through everything! Would highly reccomend!

Communication was key in the process of purchase, construction and installation of our new Hot Springs spa. The hot tub was delivered and installed yesterday. We are really pleased with the jacuzzi we bought and Jeff, the salesman, always answered our questions in a timely manner. There were no hidden surprises regarding money and we have a great product!
The main installer and his crew were careful when they delivered the hot tub. They came, they did their job, and were very professional. Directions on how to use the hot tub were clear and we appreciated their friendliness and courteous manner.

I highly recommend Desert Hot Tubs Chandler. They delivered our spa on time, just as we had ordered it. All their recommended contractors were efficient and professional. Delivery and setup were eazy-peazy! I was able to be in the spa the same night!
