It took almost an hour for the doctor to see me.The office seemed a little discombobulated, and the doctor seemed a little frazzled, but I did end up liking her. I can see why it was so easy to get a quick appt. If you need a quick appt, they are there.

Lilly the MA that checked me in today is amazing. She is very approachable, very professional, and listens closley because she cares. She engaged in our conversation showing she's interested in what I was saying by the conversation we had. It was refreshing to have such a wonderful person, "Lilly" help brighten my day . I really appreciate Lilly!! You're the best young lady!! Great job!

More issues than space allows. 2nd appt when getting there the order again for blood work up was never submitted by the nurse requesting it time off of work to make appts for NOTHING!! How does this happen and is anyone checking competency of staff?

I had to go to the emergency room here the day after Xmas and have an emergency procedure done almost immediately. Everyone was professional, helpful and supportive. I couldnt believe how professional and considerate the entire staff was. They answered my questions and truly cared. Everyone from the front office to my surgical team, post care and even the kitchen staff deserve a round of applause. I dont remember every name but after surgery there was a nurse who I think was named Blanca and I vote for her to be promoted or given a raise or something because shed made me feel welcome and cared for during a very difficult and painful time. I couldnt believe how well I was cared for. Thank you so much!

My mom has good care here with NP. Appointment scheduling and follow ups are handled in timely with good communication through patient portal.
