My place of employment, TRT Intermodal, uses Somerset Logistics quite frequently. Somerset has a great communication system in place. Not only do they respond right away to our pick up requests (within 2 minutes), but they also advise once driver arrives at origin and departs at origin, along with an ETA for delivery to destination and destination updates. They are reliable and consistent and we don't get all the excuses for missed or late shipments because it just doesn't happen. They only use quality carriers/drivers that are dependable and professional. GREAT company to do business with.
