There is no customer service the young lady with the blonde curly hair was super rude. I got it two pb&J and a breakfast sandwich and they came out sloppy. This is my first time here, I was recommended by friends but i was very disappointed. Do not come here

Bagels are great, unfortunately service couldnt be slower if they tried. Wait for a simple bagel is ridiculous. One employee hustles the rest act like they have all day with people waiting forever. Needs managed way better.

Usually very good, but the last few times I've been, it hasn't been the same. Just went again today after a few weeks, and wasn't thrilled. I got a cheese bagel with plain cream cheese. It was more cream cheese than bagel. Also, when I took the bagel out of the bag, I noticed green on the bottom. I thought maybe a jalapeo? Scraped at it a bit. No. Soggy lettuce. So hygiene is seriously lacking .. Won't be going back for a long time..

Bagels are just ok cream cheese was almost nonexistent and very watery and overpriced compared to other local better bagel shops, service was slow but cashier was personable, place is dated and could use a refresh and cleaning!!! Overall not impressed with the place and probably won't go back!!

Yes Im sure it was ur location was there at 9:37am on 3/27/24, I got a chango bagel with veggie cream cheese and my friend got the jalapeo bagel with plain cream cheese and the cream cheese on both was paper thin (wish I had taken a picture). But thanks for responding and would love to give u a chance to earn our business back!!

Even thought it was very busy this morning, the employees were pleasant, and made sure my order was correct. The bagels were great!
