      image No issues with the therapists we have seen, but the business office...wow. Their billing practices verge on harassment. A session is very quickly followed by an email requesting immediate payment the very next day, followed by a succession of weekly emails, calls, and texts at least weekly asking for payment, even when payment is not overdue and they haven't even bothered to submit it to insurance yet. This is supposed to be a healthcare establishment working to support mental health and wellness, not one that engages in profiteering and predatory behavior towards vulnerable people.
