      image It took me a very long and frustrating 5 months to get fiber without hearing much word, but I have it now, and after over a year with it, I've been very pleased. My router has been receiving 800mbps-900mbps down on average, with similar upload speeds. Consistently getting around 10ms of ping or less, which is great. Had a couple of minor issues with billing, but customer service has been helpful and responsive with that issue as well as things like resolving my Double NAT issue on Xbox, which isn't really their problem. Only two outages so far that lasted only for a few hours.

      image Like any service we experience an occasional outage although infrequent. I have to say the service provided by Volo has been impeccable. We have been a client of theirs for more than 10 years, and i wouldn't change providers for any reason.
      They are the best - Bar None.
