Andy, Greg, DJ, Asa, and Sheila go above and beyond what most property management companies are often willing to do for their tenants, because they actually really do care about theirs, and want them to enjoy living at their properties. The fact that they have many tenants that stay long term is all the proof you need to see how well they do care. Ive been a tenant of Wamplers for sometime now and after speaking with my neighbors about how much they love living here, I plan on staying here long term as well.

I have lived at one of the Wampler apartments for 5 years and enjoyed my time there. Standard issues such as things breaking in side apartment have come up but they were always quickly addressed by maintenance staff. The apartments are by no means perfect but they are a lot better than most of the horror stories you hear about on campus realtors.
I would recommend renting with Wampler anyone moving to the area.
