      image I had no issues or complaints until I placed an order online for delivery THROUGH jimmy Johns website for their driver to bring to me. Instead of calling to let me know they didnt have a driver and that he was going to push my order through to Uber eats, the Uber driver takes my food to god knows where and marks it as delivered I opened my door and nothing was there !!!! I felt this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL some of us do not order from them because our apartments could be difficult or theirs always an issue when having a 3rd party delivering food. They did not bother to even take 2 mins to call an ask me if thats what I wanted to do or if I wanted my order canceled.
