This branch is Bad. I love Chase but stay far away from this one! There is a girl and guy who works there and they take nothing serious and laugh in your face when you ask for help. Please save the flirting for after work! The two are entry level tellers in the front and as you can see from the stars they do a horrible Job. Go to the one on South by Golds gym. They are AMAZING. Do better or hire better!

Have been banking with chase for 10+ years. They refused to print my bank statements for me. I found this ridiculous because it was not busy and they just didn't want to. I've been to other branches and they were happy to help. Seemed like the employees just didn't want to be bothered. Terrible customer service. They don't care about their customers here
