Wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and very nice. My daughter was nervous and they were very patient with her! She picked a beautiful dress for a fantastic price I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Thank you all for helping to make sure she has a beautiful dress for her junior prom!!

!!NO DADS ALLOWED!! This place does not even deserve one star. My husband was so excited to take my daughter to try on a few prom dresses. When they arrived they were told no Men were allowed in the area where all the formal dresses are. And then proceeded to treat my husband like some type of criminal that was there trying to look at little girls. They were only customers in the place!!! After trying on one dress the older lady was rude and rushed my daughter through the process. This was supposed to be such a great day for my daughter and her daddy. Only to be ruined with their horrible customer service.
After reading the other reviews on here I am assuming this older lady is the owner because she is definitely not paying attention to what her customers are saying. There are far too many formal dress shops in this area to ever shop with the Rose Tree Boutique again. I am only upset that I spent $700 on a Homecoming dress there last year. I will tell all of my friends and family to NEVER shop with the Rose Tree again. You are not doing your customers a favor by being in business, thats not customer service.
