Great customer service! I worked with Jason Q., who went above & beyond for me. He took the time to make sure I understood the procedures, differences in products, prices, etc. He was very kind and made sure all my needs were taken care of. He did not try to pressure me into anything extra, but had a great way of informing me of the different levels and deals going on. This is a great location, and I happily advise it to anyone looking for a good location.

It was a high quality experience, Karim was very helpful. He made the often tedious proccess of getting a new phone much easier. Excellent customer service like this is why we stay with Verizon.
