Not caring for the community. Ordered gas with 20% in the tank and was told 5 to 7 days 11 days later and we still have no propane and are now under 5% and will probably run out before Monday. Very unprofessional we only have gas heat and we will not be staying with this company after this season. If we dont have gas by Monday I will be contacting a lawyer as we have already paid for the gas we dont have. Were 3.4 miles from them no excuse. Update it took 16 days after we were told tomorrow two different times still waited 4 days Ive never seen a company that didnt understand how to communicate with customers very unprofessional.

Thompson has been great to deal with. Weve used them 3 times in 2 years and each time theyve gotten us a fair rate and showed up when they said they would. I realize some of the reviews are negative but weve had a great experience with them in Crane Hill.

Closed when google maps saids they are open!!! Thanks for wasting my gas money to run out when yall weren't open, December 29th 2023 on a Friday
