image Refused to use state tax fourm 27 0049 for state tax and got really rude when brought up. We have used them for over 20 years for quincy compressor with no issues, been about 6 years since last using then and go a very poor treatment come time of final sale. I had all documents avaliable and tried to provide instead I got very poor response.
Would not let me reply so figured I'd edit. I tried to inform them of the new law and both gentlemen in sales very bluntly, and rudely told me I am wrong and would not even let me provide paper work when I stated "I have all the paper work with me". I sure hope it is fixed for future individuals but I already purchased elsewhere as I was in need of parts that day. Thank you for response, hopefully fixes future issues.

image To the management, I don't know what you pay Richard and Troy, but it's not enough.
We've been dealing with a cobbled together compressor solution for a couple years, we didn't have time to go through and do the fix, so it was just made to work. Richard shows up and not only gets our wiring dialed correctly, but he rebuilt the blowdown valve on the tailgate of his work truck, and had the compressor running perfectly in only a couple hours.
Unfortunately our happiness wasn't meant to last, we were relocating the compressor and it ended up being tipped over and damaged. But wait, we found an almost identical compressor and wouldn't you know it, it also needed some work.
That's where Troy comes in. He walked us through the rewire on the phone, and we now, once again, have a functional compressor. He was patient and thorough and knowledgeable.
Thank you for your very reasonably priced, fast, thorough service. You guys are the easiest maintenance outfit I've ever dealt with by a country mile.
