No communication. My wife has tried contacting them MULTIPLE times about my father-in-laws septic. Becky was paid two months ago and still NOTHING. I don't care how busy a company can get, there is never an excuse to not communicate with your paying customers. Each time we call, no answer. If you're overloaded with clients and projects, stop taking new clients. Inform them of the time line and don't just asked them to "be patient". Thankful we found Don Haviland for our project.

As a general contractor and licensed septic installer we have utilized Environmental Design for several projects. The knowledge and expertise allows us to concentrate on other areas of our project with no stress or worry about our septic design.
We have never had issues with communication, although we also understand the complexity of some projects and that the pace of each project can vary for reasons out of a designers control.
At the end of the day we know we can count on a quality product and excellent service from Becky.

Update after the owner's response that took five years to come up with:Your response is a blatant lie which I can substantiate with your dates on our documents. Shame on you coming here and telling us we did something wrong when we did everything following your advice. You gave us the feasibility report before any work was done, you drew where to put a road... Shame on you for having audacity to come here and lie on top of it all that it was our fault. If we had money which we do not have right now you would be in the court. And you pray we never win a lottery because it would be first thing I would spend myoney on. You took from and continue to insult family with five young children who are now left in a huge debt and cannot afford a home. Shame, shame on you! Review:Their knowledge of the wetlands is disappointing. Not only they their wetland delineation done on our property was in error - county biologists could not believe that someone would submit such a poor design - it was so far off from what a professional would stand behind. Not to mention them taking two months to make changes that according to the owner Becky Rigger would be an evenings work (which she finally did after we had to send her many E-mails and phone calls to remind her). Save yourself money and trouble and found someone else. Before hiring them please contact Thurston County officials who will confirm our experience (or myself who have E-mails from them). These people are not experts you can count on and people in the County offices know their name as those who signed under the poor work.
