I love this office.
The staff is always friendly; from the front desk reception, to the eye doctor, to the sales rep (who helps the customer select from their over 800 frames) they each make the experience enjoyable. They work with insurance and have all the benefits ready to go so there's no guessing what coverages will be. I am so glad I found this office! Looking forward to the new year to get a couple more frames

I have been going to Oregon Eye for the last four years for myself and my family. We have seen both Dr. McPartland and Dr. Goldstein and had fantastic experiences with both doctors! They are great with kids and create a fun environment for the whole family. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Id definitely recommend getting your eyes examined here!

I've had multiple visits to this office. The doctors are great and kind. My kids have Dr. Mcpartland, and my wife had the new Dr Sonia. Dr. McPartland is a freak for technology and enjoys his work. My experience with the staff was veryt good too. We originally discovered this office because they donated services to the hearts with a mission silent auction. Since then we've seen that they donate to many other local fundraisers. We will continue to support the local business that support the locals.

In spring of 2021, as part of a routine annual eye exam, Dr. Graham McPartland suggested a procedure that would help me with dry eye. I asked what it would cost. After they checked with my insurance company, I was told it would only cost me a $45 copay. The procedure was performed, and I paid the $45. Over 18 months later, I was contacted by Dr. McPartland's billing office stating that they made a mistake, and that I owed almost $800 (the total cost of the procedure). I would not have had this procedure done had I known the true cost. When I tried to gain some understanding about what happened I was met with belligerence and arrogance and told that they would send me to collection if I did not pay. Do not do business with this office. Don't believe them. They take zero responsibility. They are self-serving, incompetent, and follow terrible business practices.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! Worst experience ever. I have been wearing glasses for over 20+ years and new to the area so needed to find and eye Dr. My insurance recommended Oregon eye and I wish I would have read the reviews before going because I left VERY disappointed. Not only was the staff rude but the Dr was not accommodating at all. Hopefully they can find some new staff because this was an awful experience and will NEVER be returning
