I drive from Wisconsin to Iowa at least twice a month. I went to fas fuel and had trouble with pump and cashier, very rude to me. Tried again, same result I went today and asked cashier for help at pump, she argued with me and said it wasn't her fault. You lost a customer. 3 times and you are out

Pump handle malfunctioned and waisted 3 gallons of fuel on the ground. The guy working nights was a douche. Should have just went to kwik star...

The manager, Drucilla, seemed to be working at least 18 hours a day the last few times I stopped in there a couple of weeks ago. I was probably there between 10pm and midnight a couple of times, and then early afternoon a couple of times and she was ALWAYS there. I want to commend her for her professionalism and courtesy during those days. She had to be behind exhaustion. I'll be stopping back because of her.
