OTR truckers...STAY AWAY from here! You will wait 5 hrs for a door. Then after 5hrs they will regect your trailer without reason and instruct you to leave. Their reason for rejecting me is that my load is not a priority. They take care of their own drivers in day cabs and give them your load. They have a grudge against OTRs for some reason. Absolutely Horrible place! In my 11 years of driving, I have never heard B.S. like that.

I worked for Chep Cedar Rapids as a supervisor. This place is extremely corrupt. Everyone in the " leadership" click/group gets special treatment and are above policies and rules. The assistant plant manager lies to peoples faces behind closed doors and then does the exact opposite he promises you. They change their policies bi monthly and expect the workforce to be ok with it..while their leadership click does what they want like work from home as much as desired. The assistant plant manager condones this behavior and plays favorites to those that please him. You can make some decent money here but avoid the front office.
