Calls my phone directly, which you would think is an issue with security and is an emergency. I return their call, the rep wants me to rattle of every location thatI have for stores. They do not use my number on file, keep in mind they called my phone number, for a reference when they called me directly in the first place. They don't even know know who they call and what they call for. Dragged out process and not to the point. I highly recommend any business to not use Per Mar Security. Serious waste of time dealing with their phone reps.
