Went to the mall Wednesday. Purchased 285.00 plus in clothes. Their system was down so left the clothes and came back later in the day to pay. Created a rewards account but it didn't work at checkout. Came home with items and over charged $30.00 from the afternoon. Went today to return item that wasn't on sale and they still couldn't give me reward points. Failure on their part for customer service. Purchase from earlier attempt had the 30 off the account because both charges showed up on my credit card. The staff seemed incompetent and not knowing how to help with issues. It was our first time shopping there and not in
a hurry to return
