Absolutely horrible customer service. My mom went in to buy a cord for her CPAP and she was asking the guy behind the counter questions to make sure she got the correct one. She is extremely hard of hearing and she asked him to repeat himself three times but he wouldn't speak any louder. He should have went to get a coworker or a manager to help. A supervisor did end up coming out from the back for another reason and stepped in to help but according to my mom she was also not very nice. They acted like my mom was a huge inconvenience to them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to get supplies after hours and the "manager" on call said they do not deliver supplies for feeding tubes. Why have I been getting supplies delivered to me since June and I've had to have some delivered after hours but with the lady I talked to said she doesn't. I am not on a 8 hour feeding, I an on a 24 hour feeding. I had to drive to Unity Point after hours bc they cant do their job correctly and deliver like they are supposed to do. Thank God this is my last month doing this. If you want supplies go through CarePro. They are more professional and will not fight you on supplies you need 24/7 and will be willing to help you. I should have switched to CarePro when I had the chance. No wonder people quit and go work at CarePro.

The customer service personnel was absolutely rude and seemed put out that she had to do her job. Even sighed when she had to make a copy of my insurance card. God forbid youd get off your chair and work. For this being my first time there, it will be my last. I will give my repeat business to another company.

They bill Medicare for renting a piece of equipment.
One month of RENT is the same as the COST to BUY ONE FROM AMAZON.
Amazon: $53.87
Unity Point: $720.00.
12 months of billing Medicare= $600.00
$53.87 from Mail Order Pharmacy.
Medicare Fraud?

Do not buy medical supplies from this company! They refused to accept returns outside of 7 days for massively over-priced products. I had not even received a bill within 7 days of receiving their products in the mail. I attempted to return them unopened in the original packaging, and they have refused. Do not trust these people.
