*DO NOT GET ANY PRESCRIPTIONS HERE* I had my prescription transferred to this Walgreens on march 25th. It is April 4th today and I STILL DO NOT my prescription. I have spoken to multiple people and have been told I guess that wasnt taken care of. I finally spoke to someone from the pharmacy on April 1st, she told me she was going to handle it and get my prescription ready. Well it has been 3 days already so I called to check the status and guess what???? My PRESCRIPTION IS STILL NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. QUIT YOUR JOB IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO PROVIDE BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

The worst Walgreens ever! I am currently sitting in line typing this review 4 cars have gone by Im first line. They claim they are verifying my insurance which I have picked up medication on Monday!

website is horrible. Can't see what they have in stock. It defaults to a page of recommended products, nothing else. Company needs to hire someone who knows how to actually make a website and not have it function as if a preschooler make it. Went to CVS since I could find on their website what I needed. Walgreens is going to lose a lot of customers because they can't get their act together.

I just can't. They're calling me telling me my meds are ready to be picked up. I pull up at the drive through with one customer ahead of me. 15 minutes later, he receives his meds. I pull up to the window, thinking my pick up wouldn't take as long because my prescriptions are ready... 10 minutes... Still waiting.

Update 3/2024: 4 stars
I am thoroughly impressed with the hard work this team has put in to change this location. They fixed the second drive-thru lane, the staff is helpful and quick, and I havent seen an obscenely long line in over a month. I am grateful that the team has been helpful and patient, that my prescriptions have been filled timely, and Im no longer getting frequent delays. Thank you, Walgreens!

Its tough. I genuinely think theyre doing their best to try. I also think this is in a prime location. However, this pharmacy stays struggling. You can go here on any given day of the week and there will be a wait on your prescription(s) and a long line inside and/or at the drive-thru. I dont know if they need more help or resources from corporate, but all day long its disappointed customers, delays, lines, and waiting. Just waiting. Expect at least 30 minutes of waiting regardless if you choose drive thru or pick-up inside.
