Update: April 11, 2024 Today was time for my 1st annual maintenance. Technicians George E. And Justin arrived on time, wore booties in the house, changed my air filter, and did a thorough inspection on my rooftop unit. One part in that unit was showing wear and, with summer coming (in Phoenix), they proactively replaced it (under my extended warranty). They returned my thermostat to it's original settings when their work was done. For over twenty years I have trusted Hobaica for my air-conditioning needs. In the past, Hobaica's electrician did an excellent job installing a new inside electrical receptical and bringing my internet connector into a new location in my house!! I highly recommend their work.
Update: April 2023. Today, Jacob Anderson came to my house to do a WATER HEATER FLUSH and AIR CONDITIONING MAINTENANCE. He was on time, respectful of my property, and knowledgable. The work was done well with no mess. He recommended one part replacement to help my AC performance. I appreciate the quality of Habaica's technitions and would welcome Jacob back!
March 2023: Ryan Waters as usual did an excellent job helping to maintain my air conditioner. He called ahead, was on time, and wore protective booties in the house. I also appreciate that the office staff was able to tell me on the day of the appointment, a better estimate of Ryan's arrival time. It helped me to reduce my time away from work from 4 hours to two hours. Services: A/C system maintenance, General repairs

Al and Leo recently came out for the semi-annual maintenance. They were timely, clean, and very professional. Weve used Hobaica for the past three years for our HVAC service and have no plans to change. Service: A/C system maintenance
