I have used them a total of 5 times the last few years and this will be the last time. They were out here to fix my ac unit that had stopped working about a week and a half ago. Today is started making the loudest noise as if it were to explode. I called in and the first person I spoke to was extremely rude and condescending to me. The second person hung up on me and when I called back I got the same representative who had disconnected on me. The phone representatives are the most disengaged employees I have experienced and at this point I think they signed me up for a tech to come out today, Saturday, and Sunday. For a simple concern they made it extra challenging and I would not recommend them, I would look elsewhere. Service: AC repair

Bobby came out to install gas hookup for dryer. He did the job quickly and didn't change anything we had discussed day prior. Also he was sure to clean up after. Thank you for the great work Bobby!

BEWARE THEY WASH CHECKS !!!! I gave a check to their tech,. I received a call 3 days later stating that my check had water damage. I said no problem bring me my check back. I will issue another. The tech has never came back. So roughly 30 days later going through my account the check that I wrote for 50 dollars had been altered. They changed the check # the amount from 50 dollars to 2000 dollars and who I wrote the check to not once but three times .Now Aqualine may not be doing this but I gave my check to their employee their employee called me and asked for a new check. Aqualine will not call me back and now my 50 dollar plumbing repair has cost me 5000 dollars. I will get my money back but I believe Aqualine should be put out of business for lack of respect to their customers time and money. At least an investigation into the tech that was sent to my house. They sent a criminal to my house with my 7 kids. A thief in my home very disturbing. My name is Lee Blanton there will be much more to come. District attorney being notified police department. I want JUSTICE for the less fortunate that would not be able to eat or pay their rent if it happened to them I thank GOD that I am blessed and my kids will not go hungry because of the 5000 dollars that has been stolen from me by Aqualine plumbing technician. Since I used them before and had a good experience, I thought I'd use them again. Bad decision.
The guy came out and told me my outside unit was leaking and it would cost me over $8k to have a new one installed. I paid a $75 charge for this.
I had another company come out and he told me that it wasn't leaking, it is leftover mess from a blown capacitor. I do have a slow leak, but it's in the attic. He put more refrigerant in and said he will fix the leak when it cools down. I loved this guy!
I'm never using Aqualine again.

I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of the services provided. I have used them before, but will never use them again. The technicians that came out were short and rude. They didn’t even want to check in the attic and stated there was no need to check that unit. When we brought this up with someone from the call center even they stated the technician should have checked both initially. They charged us $475 to replace a run capacitor, which is only about $30 for the part. The installation of the capacitor took less than 15 minutes and again, the technician didn’t even go to the attic unit to make sure nothing was wrong there. When we called the company back the same day to state our house still wasn’t cooling like it was before or reaching the temperatures that it was prior, we were essentially just told that the current temp of the house was the best it was gonna get, and that it wasn’t possible for it to get to the temp we were aiming for because of a mismatched unit... even though for the past 2 years we’ve been able to achieve lower temps with the same mismatched unit. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They deliver very subpar service and greatly over charge compared to other AC repair companies. Service: AC repair
