I visited Shear Illusuins for the first time to get a color. I showed the lady a pic of what I wanted and was assured she could do it. It was a ombre'. Well when she was done it looks nothing like I wanted and the color wasn't vibrant enough. Then I asked for long layers which she did in an unusual way by taking my hair from one side of my head pulling it around my face an cutting. I wouldn't say my hair looks terrible, it is something I can live with it's just not what I wanted at all. I dont know why but my ends feel damaged even after the trim which I didn't get my hair bleached so it should not feel damaged at all. I say that because my hair is extremely healthy always have been. So I give her 3 stars since I wasn't completely dissatisfied and it is something I can live with until it grows out some and I can get the layers cut out and go somewhere else for the color

I love the way she will cut your hair like you want it cut and she is so very friendly and polite so keep up the good job you're the greatest.
