Booked online traveled a few hrs to get to this hotel to find out it is closed INDEFINITELY had to sit for a hr and a half to talk to a representative. Thankfully the la quinta across the way helped out me and my daughter get a room. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM

Where do I start with a nightmare from start to finish they say they're renovating the motel but they shut half of it down because they can't afford the power apparently checked in no air conditioning in any rooms they shut the air conditioning off the people that run that should get a clue the poor staff members just the bad all around experience the bar was okay I accept for the food which was not even cooked when I got it couldn't even eat it you want a good deal on beer that's the place to be

The overall experience was poor primarily due to the condition of the ENTIRE property! From the moment we pulled in, (night arrival) I could tell it was "one of those dumpy" hotels. Poor lighting/security lighting outside. Parking lots/driveways all busted up and pitted. The lobby was off putting and outdated (no big deal, but noted). When we were finally given our room, I asked if I could have a couple of extra K-Cups for the Keurig in the room. I was told no. No, because they were out. We headed to our room. When we arrived at our building, we were told to use door 7 to access our guest room. Door 7 was being propped open with a small boulder so that ANYONE could come and go as they please. The glass window pane next to the door has been smashed and taped up. When we made it in to the room, we were met with a musty/dirty smell. The carpet is SO stained (we even believe that there's blood in some spots) that we are not going without our shoes in this room. There are NO supplies for the Keurig. Not even coffee cups to use in the morning. The AC is out of service. I plan on taking this up with Choice Hotel management. PLEASE, PLEASE, do yourself a favor and skip this place! It's TERRIBLE!! Also, NO ONE will answer at the front desk! Absolutely NO customer service! Again, SKIP THIS PLACE!
