For all my people traveling with cats, this place does not accept them. My husband and I had been on the road for 2 days moving across country with our 2 cats and called ahead of time to book a room for the night. We asked the front desk if the hotel allowed cats specifically and were told yes. We continued the booking process and thought everything was good to go for when we arrived that night. Once we arrived to check in, we were denied stay and told the hotel doesnt allow cats due to allergies. Thats all they had to tell us over the phone instead of wasting our time and causing more stress. Im sure its a decent hotel but after that experience, its a 1 star for me. Staff, please get it together and know your policy before you go giving false information to guests with cats who just want a nice place to stay while passing through.

Hotel was very clean as well as the rooms, young man Ray was at the desk. Hotel has changed somewhat, not as clean as the previous stay. Still a very nice place to stay.

Very disappointed in the customer servicemy family was travelling from Alberta to Miami..all our stays with the Best Western..I called in advance to all hotels advising I had 3 dogs ( we are moving out of country) to get exception and special approval! All but this one welcomed us.this location rejected usleaving us strandedwith no empathy for our situation! Not to mention the guy working there was rude.sometimes a little compassion in life goes along way!
I will be giving a 5 star review to the hotel
That welcomed us and allowed me to family to stay despite their policy!

Overpriced one-night.
Rooms: Nothing fancy here. Breakfast eggs great.
