      image The owner is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are supper clean and the location is a huge winner! Very close to the public beach by Sebago lake and great local restaurants!

      image Very clean and neat for a night or two. The place needs some Pazzazz and some motel style amenities badly. The place is actually very nice just boring. Easy drive from Boston. Would be a gem with some amenities.
      Nearby activities: 35 miles of spectacular fresh waterway, short drive to Pleasant Mountain ski area with night skiing. Historic Bridgton and Naples nearby.
      Noteworthy details: Two hour drive from Boston
