He has done great work for me. But is not available during busy season, and this time had a set appointment he never called or showed up for, called to see what was going on no answer. Will be using air assurance they answer the phone and do great work

Been using Justin for almost 5 years. Always been top notch until this time. Diagnosed a blower motor, supposedly ordered parts and now will not return my calls. Blew of the scheduled time to replace. What gives Justin?
