Matt and Jason showed up on time and ready to work. These guys worked perfectly together, like a well oiled machine, a team style effort. Both were personable, courteous, and professional. I felt perfectly comfortable with them in my home. I am amazed at how clean the carpet came out. My wife and I have been training new puppies and they had had numerous accidents on that carpet. After Matt and Jason finished, I could not tell,or smell the prior evidence of their little accidents. The carpet dried in approximately 8 to 10 hours, was not crunchy or otherwise less than comfortable to walk on and very closely resembles the new carpet it was 5 years ago. I can't thank you both enough for the experience. I wish you well and success in all you do. Let you know when I need it again, until then, stay safe and God bless.

They did clean the tiles and grouts but not really great as 100 percent. They did about 70 percents. And they buff the floor. But the floor look dull. It should be shine at least. Some of grouts still look dark as they didnt do really deep cleaning. So beware for you guys to choose this company. Next time I would hire a big company instead of private company. Big company cost more and it can be worth it better than hire a private owner. Service: Pet stain & odor removal
